My name is Niya and I am a Bulgarian actress and writer. I was born in Bulgaria but lived in England from 2017 to 2023. I completed a BA (Hons) English and Drama at Birmingham City University with a First, and was awarded The Drama Prize upon graduation, and then completed an MA Acting in London. I have acted in plays by Shakespeare, Chekhov and April de Angelis.

I have various talents including singing, dancing and drawing, but acting and writing are my calling. I have six plays written and completed, I also write poetry, and I already have three books that I am currently working on getting published. I also write lyrics as I love musicals. My professional experience includes working on a Bulgarian film as a Production Assistant, after which I started working with a Bulgarian producer and director as the Production Director of the Bulgarian film "I Want a Phone", which premieres this year, and I also had a starring role there. During my master's degree, I also began to develop my acting technique, designed specifically for introverts in theater and film.

Bulgarian is my native language, my English is at a brilliant level like all my writings - I write in English, I also speak a little Italian, which I continue to study to this day.
